Blanket Drum Heaters
Tempco’s Full Coverage Drum Blanket Heaters are designed to wrap around a drum and heat the contents while insulating to keep the heat exactly where it needs to be. These heaters feature a Digital On-Off Controller and a NEMA rated power cord. Maximum Exposure – Heated Surface: 500°F (260°C) For use with Poly and Metal Drums. *Indoor Use only
Drum Immersion Heaters
These Drum Immersion Heaters are ideal for use with high viscosity solutions in metal drums. Designed with Tempco’s tubular heaters, they fit through a standard bung opening in 55 gallon drums. They feature NEMA rated terminal enclosures, several external power options and the option of thermostat or thermocouple. Operating Temperature: up to 250°F For use with Metal Drums
Heated Drum Dolly
Our Heated Drum Dolly can heat a metal 55 gallon drum while keeping it portable. The dolly features a cord and plug and phenolic casters. Material Temperature: up to 180°F
Metal Jacketed Drum Heaters
Discontinued Item Limited Quantities Available. These Metal Jacked Drum Heaters offer a rapid heat-up of metal drums in a durable metal that is easy to install and remove with an optional drip guard. They feature 3-heat thermostat control or infinite/variable control, indicator lamps and power cord. Operating Temperature: up to 400°F
Silicone Rubber Drum & Pail Heaters
These flexible Silicone Rubber Drum Heaters are tough and long lasting drum heaters that are resistant to chemicals and are easy to clean. They feature an adjustable thermostat, SJO Type three-prong power cord, internal ground screen and optional Hazardous Area Rated design. Operating Temperature: 425°F (218°C)
